Sarah Drake
VOCALS / TAMBO
Sarah has been performing professionally for over 25 years and brings an American flare to this Aussie band. She is a voice coach in Dubbo for young people and adults who want to explore their voice and get in touch with their musical side.
CHRISTIAN DESS
DRUMS / BACKVOCALS
Christian has been drumming in cover and original bands for more than 20 years as well as singing backing vocals to add that needed sexy harmony to Sarahs already stunning vocals!
MATT DAVIS
GUITARS / BACKVOCALS
Matt has been playing guitar for 20+ years. Alongside playing with various local rock/pop outfits, he played jazz with the Great Western Plains Big Band and an early incarnation of The Chalkies.
NATHAN LAING
KEYBOARD / SYNTH
Nathan grew up in Newcastle and has rocked the keys since way back when he still had hair, and enjoys performing a mix of styles and genres.
DAVE KENNEDY
BASS GUITAR
Dave has been playing bass in bands for more then 30 years. Fun Fact: Dave is a Pilot (Yes! aviators and all) Dave is also the bassist in Dubbo’s ‘Green River’!

Sarah and Squeaky Sound Box were just the best fit for our event. Their repertoire was incredible, and the dance floor in our old theatre was packed for hours! They interacted with the crowd, nothing was a problem, and the lighting and sound just elevated the space. Thank you Squeaky Sound Box!! We even snuck in a line dance!
