The committee behind the Western Rural Connect in line with our Platinum Event Partners are thrilled to bring to you the western region’s very own Harvest Cut Out Ball!
Get your friends, family and colleagues together, blow off some post-harvest steam and bring the New Year in with style!
This summer cocktail event will be hosted at the Narromine Showgrounds and is the premier event to be at this New Year’s Eve.
Tickets are priced at $110 each (exclusive of any fee’s that 123 Tix’s may have).
Ticket sales open on Sunday the 29th of October 2023 and close on Monday the 18th of December unless sold out prior.
The event will be held on Sunday the 31st of December 2023. Gates will open at 5:00PM. Tickets will be required for entry. All guests must be inside the venue and checked in before 6:00PM when the entry gate will shut. The event will proceed until 12:30AM. Security guards will be present and the bar staff retain the right to refuse the service of intoxicated patrons. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
If you purchase your ticket before 6:00PM on Tuesday the 7th of November you will go in the draw to win one of two $50 event bar vouchers courtesy of the Western Rural Connect.
The dress code is summer cocktail.
No person wearing thongs, crocs or fish shoes will be granted entry.
This is a strictly 18+ event and tickets are non-refundable.
Security will be checking ID at the gate.
Each ticket includes:
- Entry to the event
- 2 x standard drinks
- A selection of roaming canapé’s
- A sit-down dinner
